Ripe cherries, dried raspberries, spice box, Provençal herbs, and savory flower notes all define the bouquet, and it hits the palate with full-bodied richness, a seamless, elegant mouthfeel, ultra-fine tannins, and a great finish. This is always the most seamless and finesse-driven of Charbonniere's releases, and while it will drink well on release, it has the capacity to evolve for 15-20 years.
