Domaine Georges Roumier Chambolle Musigny Les Combottes 2021

The 2020 Chambolle-Musigny Les Combottes ler Cru was a little more closed on the nose compared to the other cuvees, gradually unfolding with dark berry fruit, crushed stone, briary and a touch of graphite. The palate is beautifully defined with fine-grain, pliant tannins, quite tensile from start to finish with a perfectly proportioned finish. Wonderful.

Fleshy and expressive, the 2021 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Combottes bursts with aromas of cherries, red berries and plums. Medium to full-bodied, lively and layered, with good depth at the core, this giving, vibrant wine is defined above all by purity of fruit.
