Bourgogne Pinot Noir reflects a pure expression of Pinot. It's a beautiful illustration of the uniqueness of Pinot Noir, a variety with a direct aromatic purity and complexity. Our Bourgogne Pinot Noir is not typical of the appellation, in that one must wait 2 or 3 years after bottling to fully appreciate this wine's potential.

The 2021 Bourgogne Rouge is the usual blend of three parcels. Brambly red fruit and briary on the nose, there's a discrete sea spray note the pops up with aeration. The palate is fresh on the entry with brisk crunchy red fruit, raspberry and crushed strawberry. Hints of orange zest towards the finish that is not long, but conveys joie-de-vivre.
