Aubert UV SL Vineyard Pinot Noir 2012

We're sorry, but this product is not currently available.

Please take note of the deep red color saturation and opulent clarity. Blue and purple hues line the rim of the glass, and indicate the healthy nature of this wine. At first I find ripe blood oranges and brooding black and blue fruits. The aromatics are profound and dynamic, and with time show secondary notes of roses, lavender, and sandalwood. The palate reveals an unparalleled balance of richness and structure with warm tannins. Suggested drinking window is now until 2027.

Wine AdvocateAn exceptional perfume of rose petals, loamy soil, raspberries, blueberries and spring flowers jumps from the glass of the 2012 Pinot Noir UV-SL. Primarily Calera clonal material with some Vosne-Romanee suitcase clones, it was fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged 12 months prior to being assembled in tank and then bottled without fining or filtration. This beauty should age effortlessly for 10-12 years.
