All grapes are sorted and destemmed. Fermentation lasts for 15 to 16 days, wine is fermented in wooden cuves. Regular punchdowns during the entire fermentation. Wine is aged in barrel for 18 months and aged in bottle for 6 months before release. Vine age 50 years.
