We're sorry, but this product is not currently available.

The wine is made from a blend of several different vineyards: Les Communes, Les Saules and Les Bossières. The soils of these parcels are all very similar- clay and lime mixed with marl- and all enjoy a full eastern exposure. The average age of the vines is about 50 years old. 40% whole cluster vinification.

BurghoundHere too there is mild wood spice framing the naturally spicy aromas of plum, violet and cassis. There is excellent detail and plenty of underlying tension to the mouth coating and utterly delicious flavors that possess a seductive mouth feel on the balanced and impressively persistent finale. This too offers fine quality.

Wine SpectatorRich and smooth, with a velvety texture enveloping the black cherry, raspberry and violet notes. This is firm yet supple, presenting a fresh finish that echoes with fruit and spice. Best from 2015 through 2022. 583 cases made.
